Our judging panel is drawn from across the public, academic, and private sectors. Judges are selected for their industry knowledge, expertise, and integrity. This award recognises organisations that have delivered significant business benefits through supply chain and logistics excellence. Entries should demonstrate measurable impact on business performance, including revenue growth, customer service, resilience, sustainability, cost reduction, risk management, market expansion, or competitive advantage. Open to in-house supply chain teams across all industry sectors. Entry is by a 5 A4 page submission (11pt font size minimum); the judges will be looking for clear information backed up by facts, supporting materials and statistics, that pays particular attention to the criteria listed below.
- Organisation Background: Please provide a brief description of the organisation and the scale and scope of the supply chain or logistics function, including team size and key areas of responsibility.
- Business Challenge & Strategy: Outline the business challenge or opportunity addressed and the supply chain strategy implemented to respond to it over the past 12 months.
- Key Projects & Initiatives: Summarise the projects or initiatives undertaken, including any challenges faced and how they were overcome.
- Innovation: Please include details of any unique efforts, technologies, or processes employed, demonstrating the degree of innovation applied.
- Measurable Business Impact: Summarise the measurable impact on business performance, such as revenue growth, cost reduction, resilience, risk management, customer service improvements, or competitive advantage. Include year-on-year statistics, where possible.
- Supporting Facts & Testimonials: Include any other facts or statements that you feel are relevant to support the entry, including internal or client testimonials where possible.
