Rising Star of the Year

Our judging panel is drawn from across the public, academic, and private sectors. Judges are selected for their industry knowledge, expertise, and integrity. This award celebrates the next generation of logistics and transport professionals in Ireland who are making a significant contribution to their organisation and the wider industry. The nominee must have less than five years of post-graduate experience in their discipline. They can be nominated by themselves or by a third party, but please ensure you have the nominee's permission before submitting. Entry is by a 5 A4 page submission (11pt font size minimum); the judges will be looking for clear information backed up by facts, supporting materials and statistics, that pays particular attention to the criteria listed below.

• Career Summary: Summarise the nominee's career to date, including qualifications achieved and post-graduate experience.
• Achievements: What makes this individual stand out from colleagues? Outline their achievements to date, highlighting any creativity or initiative shown.
• Sample Project: Highlight a recent project or initiative they were heavily involved in from the past 12 months and quantify its success.
• Contribution to the Organisation & Industry: Outline how they have contributed to the success of their team, organisation, and the wider logistics and transport industry.
• Supporting Statements & Facts: Include any other statements or facts that support the entry, and a testimonial from the nominee's head of department or supervisor where possible.
