This award recognises organisations in the logistics and transport sector that have effectively harnessed the power of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to drive innovation, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Eligible entries should demonstrate how AI has been integrated into operations, from optimising supply chain processes, route planning, and fleet management to enhancing customer service or predictive analytics. The judges will be looking for innovative AI solutions that have significantly improved business outcomes, reduced operational costs, or contributed to sustainable practices within the industry. Entry is by a 5-page A4 PDF submission; the judges will be looking for a clear plan and evidence that it is delivering on core objectives, paying attention to the criteria listed below.

• AI Strategy and Objectives: Describe your AI strategy and key goals, such as boosting innovation, efficiency, or customer satisfaction, and how these align with your business objectives.
• AI Solutions and Implementation: Detail the AI technologies or solutions you’ve implemented and where they are applied, such as supply chain, route planning, fleet management, or customer service.
• Operational Integration: Explain how AI is embedded into daily operations and how it enhances decision-making or optimises processes.
• Innovation: Highlight unique or innovative AI applications that differentiate your organisation and create competitive advantages.
• Business Impact: Provide measurable data showing the impact of AI on your operations, such as cost savings, efficiency, customer satisfaction, or sustainability.
• Future AI Plans: Outline your future AI goals, including areas for expansion and how AI will continue driving growth and innovation.
