Eligible entries should demonstrate how AI has been integrated into operations, from optimising supply chain processes, route planning, and fleet management to enhancing customer service or predictive analytics. The judges will be looking for innovative AI solutions that have significantly improved business outcomes, reduced operational costs, or contributed to sustainable practices within the industry.
