HBD has submitted planning application for a further 70,911ft² at Airport Business Park Southend (ABPS), with the developer planning consent for a new development of nine industrial and logistics units. ABPS is a partnership between HBD and Southend City Council with occupiers including IPECO, Cama AssetStore, the Event Co and a range of local SMEs. The units range from 4,459ft² to 9,872ft², plus a single detached unit of 16,451ft² with each of the ten units targeting a BREEAM ”Excellent’ rating.
