Revisiting one of its key supporters from the 2026 programme, Excel Recruitment shone as Gold Sponsor at the Irish Logistics & Transport Awards 2026, supporting a programme that has recognised the outstanding achievements of Irish logistics and transport businesses since its establishment in 2010.

An award-winning, industry-leading recruitment agency, Excel Recruitment brings a network of over 2,600 clients, 150,000 candidates, and a temporary workforce exceeding 9,000 to its work across Ireland's industrial and logistics sectors.

With more than 100 specialist recruiters operating across five offices in Dublin, Kildare, Cork, Galway, and Belfast, the agency has established itself as one of Ireland's leading providers of industrial and logistics recruitment solutions.

In a sector where workforce reliability, operational agility, and talent pipeline depth are as important as fleet management or route optimisation, Excel Recruitment's capabilities sit naturally within the values the Irish Logistics & Transport Awards was built to champion.

Excel Recruitment joined an extensive cohort of Gold Sponsors at the Irish Logistics & Transport Awards 2026, alongside ISM Recruitment & Training, AIB, Maersk Contract Logistics, Manna Air Delivery, HSI Skillko, and Flexistaff Recruitment, reflecting the breadth of Ireland's logistics community and the programme's reach across the sector.

Further support came from the Freight Transport Association Ireland, the Irish International Freight Association, and Amárach Research as supporters, with The Irish Times serving as Communications Partner.

The Irish Logistics & Transport Awards celebrated achievement across a wide range of categories, with entries evaluated by an independent judging panel and winners recognised for demonstrating measurable commitment to innovation, safety, sustainability, and operational excellence across the industry.

The 2026 judging panel was coordinated by Declan Allen, Head of Logistics, Supply Chain and Project Management at Technological University Dublin, and drew together senior figures spanning freight forwarding, supply chain academia, port operations, and independent logistics, united by deep sector expertise and a shared commitment to advancing Ireland's logistics and transport standards.

The gala took place on 26 February 2026 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Santry, bringing together hundreds of senior executives from across Ireland's logistics and transport community.
