The company posted £97,768,983 in sales, a 9% increase on the previous year, marking more than a doubling of revenue over the past decade.

Profit before tax fell from just over £2 million in 2023 to £1,235,598 in 2024, with net profit down to £986,709 from £1,413,965. Despite the bottom-line decline, the group continues to expand its fleet services and commercial vehicle operations across the UK and Ireland.

Dennison Commercials Ltd distributes and maintains Volvo commercial vehicles, assembles vehicle bodies, and provides paint and spray services. Dealer points are located in Ballyclare, Coleraine, Dungannon, and Newry. The business also distributes and maintains JCB plant and equipment from Ballyhartfield.

The group includes Dennison Rentals, offering leasing and contract hire services for commercial vehicles; Dennison Properties, managing property services; and Dennpart, selling motor vehicle parts and accessories. Collectively, the business employs 292 staff, including 114 workshop personnel, 98 office and management staff, 38 in stores, and 12 in sales roles.

The wages bill rose from £10.7 million to £11.5 million in 2024, while directors received a combined £1,164,854. Leadership is provided by William Wilson Dennison (81) and Lorraine Dennison (80), alongside Katrina Mackie, Caroline McCaldin, Michael Petticrew, John Jenkins, Robert Ireland, and Harry McDaid.
