UK-based property developers Chancerygate and Bridges Fund Management have pre-let three units totalling 31,200 square feet at Airport Trade Park in Dublin, following completion of the €40 million development near Dublin Airport.
Corporate gifting and branded merchandise company Imprint Engine has taken a 16,100-square-foot unit on a 15-year lease, whilst electrical connectors and tooling manufacturer Cembre will occupy a 7,550-square-foot unit on a 10-year term, according to reporting in BE News. Networking and firewall software company Netgate has taken a 7,550-square-foot unit on a 10-year term. Both Cembre and Netgate are new entrants to the Irish market.
Development Director and Head of the Irish Office at Chancerygate Ed Dobbs stated: "Achieving practical completion at Airport Trade Park and securing three pre-lets soon after we have acquired the North Gate Portfolio is a true statement of Chancerygate's intent in Ireland. We have delivered an outstanding urban logistics development with our long-term partner Bridges which showcases our high specification, sustainable product in an excellent strategic location."
Dobbs added: "We are very pleased to welcome Imprint Engine, Cembre and Netgate as our first occupiers and we are in advanced conversations with a number of other prospective tenants. Our focus is now on expanding our development and investment footprint throughout Ireland and we have the funds and ambition to do so."
